Olá, Monologers!

     Hoje à noite vou até ao Teatro Aberto ver “O Preço”, uma peça de um dramaturgo norte-americano Arthur Miller (1915-2005), encenada por João Lourenço e que conta com a interpretação de João Perry, António Fonseca, Marco Delgado e São José Correia. Pelas pesquisas que fiz, esta peça já esteve em exibição, e devido à aderência do público está a ser novamente exibida, não consegui informações de quando a peça termina, só sei que começou a “segunda volta” no dia 11 de Setembro/2013.

     Sabem o que mais me motivou a ver esta peça? O cenário! Vi fotografias do mesmo e achei incrível! Gosto muito de montar cenários, acho que por vezes contribui muito para percebermos a personagem e a história em si. Retirei fotografias do site da Agenda Cultural de Lisboa para vos conseguir mostrar o cenário que foi feito por António Casimiro e João Lourenço, pode ser que também achem interessante e se transforme em ferramentas para trabalhar a criatividade, tal como eu espero que aconteça comigo!

     Este é o cartaz da peça, que eu também acho muito criativo.

     Bem, quando tiver assistido a peça eu faço um post a explicar como foi, não esperem grandes críticas porque não o faço com o intuito de tornar “a melhor crítica”, dou apenas a minha opinião “ à minha maneira” tal como vocês o sabem, o resto deixo para os verdadeiros críticos.

     Tonight I go to the Open Theater to see "The Price," a piece of American playwright Arthur Miller (1915-2005), directed by João Lourenço and has the interpretation of João Perry, António Fonseca, Marco Delgado and São José Correia.      Well, when I watched the piece I make a post to explain how it was, do not expect major criticism because I do not do in order to become "the best criticism", give just my opinion "in my own way" as you know, it the rest I leave to the real critics.

“Existem muitas pessoas que te apoiam e que tu não sabes que o fazem”

     Eu adoro a minha família! E uma das coisas das quais mais gosto é a conversa, porque todos soubemos que tudo se resolve com uma boa conversa e que esta contribui para um melhor relacionamento e boas energias. Eu sinto a necessidade de ter uma boa conversa com cada elemento da minha família.

     Converso muito com o meu pai, tenho conversas muito longas com ele e sinto-me sempre muito mais motivada e feliz depois de as ter! Numa das nossas últimas conversas cujo o tema foi o Teatro e mais alguns objetivos que pretendo alcançar, ele disse-me a frase que se encontra no cimo. As inseguranças são muito frequentes, questiono-me a cerca de muitas coisas sobre o meu trabalho que acaba por influenciar também a nível pessoal porque para mim “eu sou a personagem e a personagem é parte de mim”, ou seja, sinto sempre a necessidade de ter a noção de que eu acredito em mim, acredito nas minhas capacidades e saber que não estou sozinha é um grande suporte.

     Antes de fazer a minha Prova de Aptidão Profissional (Podem consultar os posts aqui : pap | luísa) recebi duas mensagens das patroas da minha mãe que não puderam estar presentes no dia do espetáculo e que eu tive o prazer de as ler antes de entrar em cena. Uma das cartas tinha como título “ O cartão representa que no teu futuro serás 1 ESTRELA!”, nunca tive com nenhuma das patroas dela e até este momento não sabia que desejam o mesmo que eu, que eu me torne alguém na vida! Fiquei de responder a estes cartões e hoje, um dos dias em que estou à espera de saber os resultados da faculdade, pensei na conversa que tive com o meu pai e resolvi responder porque nunca tinha encontrado as palavras certas para o fazer, sendo que existe uma palavra que eu tinha a certeza que iria fazer parte da resposta: obrigado.

     Este “obrigado” é muito sincero, vai para estas duas senhoras que me apoiam muito, assim como para os meus professores e amigos, para a minha família e sobretudo a todas as pessoas que eu não sei, mas que me apoiam! Dedico então este post a todos aqueles que mencionei, um grande e sincero obrigado.

"There are many people who support you and who you know not what they do"

    I love my family! And one of the things I like most is the conversation, because everyone knew that everything can be solved with good conversation and that this contributes to a better relationship and good energy. I feel the need to have a good conversation with each member of my family.

     I talk a lot with my father, I have very long conversations with him and I always feel much more motivated and happy after you have! In one of our last conversations whose theme was the theater and some goals I want to achieve, he told me the phrase that is on top. Insecurities are very common, I wonder about a lot of things about my job that has an impact on a personal level because to me "I am the character and the character is part of me", ie, always feel the need to have the notion that I believe in me, believe in my abilities and know that I am not alone is a great support.

     Before making my Professional Aptitude Test (You can check the posts here : pap | luísa) I received two messages from my mother's mistresses who could not be present on the day of the show and I had the pleasure of reading them before going on stage. One letter was titled "The card is in your future that you will be 1 STAR!" Never had with any of the mistresses of her and until now did not know what I want, that I become someone in life! I was responding to these cards and today, one of the days when I am waiting to hear the results of college, I thought about the conversation I had with my father and I decided to answer because he had never found the right words to do so, and there is a word that I was sure would be part of the answer: thank you.

     This " thank you" is very sincere , go to these two ladies who support me a lot as well to my teachers and friends , for my family and especially to all the people I do not know, but who support me ! Then dedicate this post to all those I have mentioned , a big and sincere thank you.

Olá, Monologers!

     Antes de tudo, quero dizer-vos que já fiz as provas de acesso à faculdade e aproveitei para descansar e já estou novamente com energias para gastar! Quando sair os resultados eu explico como é que correram.

     Ando um bocado chateada comigo por não estar a assistir espetáculos de teatro, é muito importante para um ator, contribui para a criatividade, dá-nos algum espirito de avaliação, não só em relação aos atores que estão em palco, mas também a nós espectadores que tentamos sempre colocar-nos na pele do ator! Eu adoro assistir teatro, é mesmo muito importante para mim e só de estar este tempo sem assistir já me dá a sensação que alguma não está certa, mas pronto.

     Hoje quero falar-vos de um tipo de teatro, o Teatro de Improviso, que tive o prazer de assistir já algum tempo no Festival Internacional de Teatro de Improviso no Salão Nobre dos Bombeiros Voluntários do Algueirão. A verdade é que o improviso é criatividade, e esse é um dos componentes muito importantes para qualquer artista, tenho a certeza que os jovens como eu, que estão a tentar ser bons artistas, têm sempre receio de que possa faltar esse ponto tão importante para o ator, escritor, cantor, etc, como tabém para o espetador, a criatividade.

     Quando fui a este festival saí de lá com um sorriso maior que a minha própria cara, diverti-me imenso! Os atores são muitos bons, têm um grande talento e até hoje lembro-me de vários improvisos, só queria que aquele espetáculo não acabasse nunca! Eu não vou explicar como é que estes espetáculos funcionam só digo que nós, público, participamos de forma muito ativa! É um ótimo programa para a família, distancia-nos da tal… crise.

     Nos dias 27 de Setembro, 26 de Outubro e 7 de Dezembro irão ocorrer espetáculos de improviso às 21H30 designados por “Duelo Improvisado” pelos Instantâneos, no Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval. Cada espetáculo tem um preço de 6€, mas também temos a oportunidade de adquirir um passe para os três espetáculos no valor de 15€.

     Eu estarei lá para aprender e para me divertir, façam o mesmo, não se vão arrepender!

     First of all, I want to tell you that I have the evidence of access to college and decided to rest and is now again with energy to spare! When the results come out I'll explain how it ran.

     I've been a bit upset with me for not being to attend theater, is very important for an actor contributes to creativity, give us a spirit of evaluation, not only in relation to the actors who are on stage, but to us viewers we always try to put ourselves in the shoes of the actor! I love watching theater, it is very important to me and just being this time without watching now gives me the feeling that someone is not right, but ready.

     Today I want to talk to you a kind of theater, Theatre Improvisation, I had the pleasure of watching some time in the International Theatre Festival of Improvisation in the Grand Hall of the Fire Department of Algueirão. The truth is that improvisation is creativity, and this is one of the very important components for any artist, I'm sure that young people like me who are trying to be good artists, have always feared that might miss that important point for actor, writer, singer, etc, but also for the spectator, creativity.

    When I went to this festival I left there with a smile bigger than my own face, amused me greatly! The actors are very good, have a great talent and to this day I remember several improvisations, just wanted to show that he did not end up ever! I will not explain how these shows work just say that we, the public, participate in a very active! It is a great program for the family, distance us from this ... crisis.

    In the days 27 September, 26 October and 7 December will happen impromptu performances at 21:30 called " Impromptu duel " by Instantâneos (Snapshots) at the Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval . a semana de preparação

Olá, Monologers!

     Passei só para vos dizer que nestes últimos dias nao tenho postado porque tenho andado a ensaiar para as provas que serão amanhã, ou daqui a umas horas, por isso vim deixar-vos algumas fotografias destes últimos dias que têm sido cansativos mas muito produtivos! Ah, já agora comprei um telemóvel ótimo que me permite tirar imensas fotografias, ou seja, vou conseguir registar tudo aquilo que se passa nesta minha vida e postar aqui no Blog! 

     Deixo-vos então com algumas fotografias de ensaios, lugares que estive, algumas coisas que comprei e cenários que construí nesta semana. 

     E agora, depois de comer a comida da mamã, vou fazer aquilo que já deveria estar a fazer: Dormir! Desta vez nem tenho tempo para escrever uma frase, vou descansar para amanhã estar 100%. Boa semana para todos!

     Fez ontem, dia 27 de Agosto, 50 anos desde que o discurso "I HAVE A DREAM" ("Eu tenho um sonho") foi proferido pelo ativista político norte-americano, Martin Luther King. Esta grande personalidade fez muito não só por América, mas também pelo Mundo! Lutou em defesa dos direitos sociais para os negros e mulheres, combatendo assim o preconceito e o racismo. 

     Resolvi fazer um post dedicado não só a esta figura, mas também a cada um de nós, e quando me refiro a este “nós” estou a mencionar qualquer etnia, qualquer cor de pele! Somos todos humanos e merecemos igualdade e respeito. Luther King fez muito pela humanidade, mudou muitas mentalidades, e nós podemos continuar a fazê-lo começando com a humildade, o respeito e o amor a nós próprios e ao próximo! O discurso “ I HAVE A DREAM!” ficou marcado pelas palavras tão sinceras e simples de serem aplicadas, eu quero que todos nós tenhamos um sonho e que lutemos por ele! 

     Aqui fica a figura de Martin Luther King, um homem que se esforçou para concretizar não só o seu sonho, mas sim o de muitos! Alguém que trabalhou para a liberdade e igualdade, um sonho que exige muitos esforços e que mesmo assim foi concretizado, trabalhou para a humanidade!

     Este post é para nos deixar a pensar naquilo que fazemos todos os dias, na forma como tratamos as pessoas, nos nossos ideais de vida! Para além do dinheiro, existe o sentimento AMOR! Por isso, eu quero que cada um de nós complete a frase “I HAVE A DREAM…”, e que lute e acredite que pode ser realizado!

     Did yesterday, August 27, 50 years since this speech "I HAVE A DREAM" was given by American political activist, Martin Luther King. This great personality did much not only for America but also around the World! Fought in defense of social rights for blacks and women, thus countering prejudice and racism.

     I decided to do a post dedicated not only to this figure, but also to each one of us, and when I refer to this "we" I'm mentioning any ethnicity, any skin color! We are all human and deserve equality and respect. Luther King did a lot for humanity, changed many minds, and we can continue to do so starting with humility, respect and love ourselves and our neighbor! The speech "I HAVE A DREAM!" Was marked by the words so sincere and simple to apply, I want us all to have a dream and to strive for it!

     Here is a picture of Martin Luther King, a man who struggled to realize not only his dream, but to many! Someone who worked for freedom and equality, a dream that requires much effort and even then it was realized, worked for humanity!

    This post is to get us thinking about what we do every day, the way we treat people in our ideal life! Beyond the money, there is a feeling LOVE! So, I want each of us to complete the sentence "I HAVE A DREAM ..." and that fight and believe it can be done!

Olá, Monologers!

     Tenho tentado escrever este post há 3 dias mas não sei bem como o escrever… Não é nada de especial para uns, mas para mim é muito importante, tem tomado conta dos meus pensamentos nestes últimos dias.

     O mês de Setembro, que já está aí à porta, é um mês que vai decidir muito a minha vida, onde vou sentir ou não que vou dar mais um passo em frente. Como já referi, as provas de acesso à faculdade terão início daqui a mais ou menos uma semana, das quais irei saber o resultado a 18 de Setembro (Penso eu!) e se não passar, terei de ir estudar para Évora, assim de forma muito “rápida”, é saber o resultado num dia e apanhar o autocarro para Évora no dia a seguir! Vai ser tudo muito rápido e quase inesperado porque não estou a contar muito com isso, mas surpresas são surpresas… Queria também começar a tirar a carta de condução, mas não o posso fazer até saber onde vou ficar a estudar… Enfim!

      E agora o que eu não sei se assusta ou não assusta… No dia 21 vou fazer 20 anos! Custa-me acreditar porque lembro-me que quando tinha os meus 14/15 anos, e pedia para ser maior de idade para sair de casa, ter uma casa só para mim e ser livre! É aquela altura em que se pensa em que a vida é muito mais simples e fácil! Sei perfeitamente que sou jovem, que ainda tenho muito pela frente, mas é um pouco assustador, só quero que os meus sonhos se possam concretizar.   

     Desejo muita força a todos aqueles que também têm acontecimentos importantes por acontecer e que encarem tudo com um pensamento positivo, acreditem em vocês!

Estou ansiosa, tenho algum medo mas estou pronta para lutar e ver os resultados! : D

Monologers, Hello!

     I have tried to write this post for three days but not sure how to write it ... There is nothing special for some, but for me is very important, has taken hold of my thoughts these days.

     The month of September, which is already around the corner, is a month that will decide much to my life, where I feel or I will not take another step forward. As I mentioned, the evidence of access will start college in about a week or so more, which I will know the result on 18 September (I think!) And if it does not, I have to go study for Évora, thereby making a very "fast", is to know the result in a day and take the bus to Évora the next day! It will all be very fast and almost unexpected because I'm not telling much about it, but surprises are surprises ... I also wanted to start taking driving license, but I do not know where I'll stay up studying ... Anyway!

     And now I do not know if scared or not scared ... On September 21 I will do 20 years! It's hard for me to believe because I remember when I had my 14/15 years old, and asked to be of legal age to leave home, having a house to myself and be free! It's that time when you think that life is much more simple and easy! I know perfectly well that I'm young, I still have so much ahead, but it's a little scary, I just want my dreams would materialize.

     I wish much strength to all those who also have important events to happen and Look upon all with a positive thought, believe in you!

I'm excited, but I'm afraid I have some ready to fight and see the results! : D

salada 37 graus à la Cirila

Olá, Monologers!

     Lembram-se do post “bacalhau com molho de camarão à lá Cirila” ?! É verdade, foi a minha primeira experiência na cozinha desde que tenho o Blog! E hoje resolvi fazer mais uma para postar.

     Estamos no verão, hoje estiveram 37 graus, e como fico sempre com pouca vontade de comer devido ao calor, faço sempre algo fresco, rápido e fácil! As saladas são as minhas refeições de eleição, adoro-as e podia comê-las todos os dias, claro que com diferentes ingredientes que é para variar.

     Trago-vos uma salada que possui um único segredo: Utilizar os ingredientes que temos no frigorífico! Temos sempre restos de comida de refeições passadas, fiambre, queijo, outros legumes e etc que podem ser muito úteis para a nossa salada, basta juntar tudo e dar-lhe um nome!

     Vamos lá aos ingredientes que utilizei!

---- Ingredientes para 3 pessoas ----

- 1 Pé de Alface

- Couve Flor

- 1 Tomate

- ½ Cenoura Ralada

- 3 Ovos

- 5 Batatas

- 2 Fatias de Fiambre

- 2 Fatias de Queijo

- ½ Lata de Milho Doce

- Feijão frade

- Azeite

- Vinagre

- Sal

- Azeitonas

Preparação:

     Descascar as batatas, cortá-las em cubos e levá-las ao lume dentro de uma panela com água. Colocar 3 ovos numa outra panela e levá-la também ao lume. Lavar muito bem todos os legumes e coloca-lo num alguidar. O Alface deve ser cortado em bocados, o tomate em rodelas, a cenoura pode ser cortada em rodelas ou também pode ser ralada, a Couve-flor é para ser cortada em bocados muito pequenos e a quantidade é conforme o gosto da pessoa. De seguida cortar às tiras, o queijo e o fiambre e juntá-los ao alguidar da salada. Retirar o feijão frade e o milho doce da lata e passa-los por água para tirar o molho com que estes possuem nas latas, para ser adicionado também no mesmo alguidar. Os ovos após à fervura são descascados e cortados às rodelas para podermos adicionar à salada. As batatas, após a fervura, são colocadas à parte no prato, acompanhadas com azeitonas. No fim, tempera-se com um pouco de azeite, vinagre e sal.

     E pronto, foi o meu almoço fresco, fácil e rápido! Experimentem porque vale muito a pena (:

     Remember the post "cod with shrimp sauce à la Cirila" ?! It was actually my first experience in the kitchen since I Blog! And today I decided to make one more post.

     We are in the summer, were 37 degrees today, and as I am always with little desire to eat due to the heat, I always do something fresh, quick and easy! The salads are my food of choice, I love them and could eat them every day, of course with different ingredients that is to vary.

     I bring you a salad that has a single secret: Use the ingredients we have in the fridge! We always have leftovers of meals past, ham, cheese, etc. and other vegetables that can be very useful for our salad, just put it all together and give it a name!

       Come to the ingredients I used!

---- Ingredients for 3 people ----

- 1 Foot of Lettuce

- Cauliflower

- 1 Tomato

- ½ Shredded Carrot

- 3 Eggs

- 5 Potatoes

- 2 slices of ham

- 2 Slices of Cheese

- ½ Tin Sweetcorn

- Beans Friar

- Olive oil

- Vinegar

- Sal

- Olives

Preparation:

     Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and bring them to the boil in a pan with water. Put 3 eggs in another pan and bring it to the boil also. Thoroughly wash all vegetables and put it in a bowl. The lettuce should be cut into pieces, sliced ​​tomatoes, carrots can be sliced ​​or can also be grated, the cauliflower is to be cut into very small pieces and the amount is as per the taste of the person. Then cut into strips, cheese and ham and join them to the clay bowl of salad. Remove the cowpeas and sweet corn tin and passes them with water to make the sauce with these cans have to be added also in the same earthenware bowl. After boiling the eggs are peeled and cut into slices in order to add to the salad. Potatoes after boiling, are placed apart on the plate, accompanied with olives. In the end, season with a little olive oil, vinegar and salt.
